To Be Read February

Friday, 10 February 2017

The last few weeks I have managed to get through so many books, mainly because I have been addicted to the Red Queen Series and couldn't put them down. I've had another delivery this morning so now I have another pile of books to be read this month.

Victoria Aveyard's King's Cage is the newest release from the Red Queen series. I had this on pre order so when it got delivered this morning I was so excited. I am planning on starting and finishing this over the weekend as I cannot wait to find out what is going on in the next instalment.

Lindsey Kelk's We Were On A Break is a book that I have been seeing pop up every where. It's not my usual read but I do like something light hearted and easy now and again when I have read a few more intense books.

Patrick Ness' A Monster Calls was recommended to me by my cousin. After that I seen a few other people recommending it on their blogs and that it was being released as a film so wanted to see what the fuss was about before I watched the film.

I usually only get through 1 book a month if I am lucky, but I did manage 3 last month so am hoping to keep up with it this month too. It has helped that all the books I have read this year have been amazing so lets hope these are equally as good!

What's is on your reading list at the moment?

  2. i'm reading so much at the moment, getting through about six books a month. I'm going to investigate the red queen series. I second Girl on The Train if you haven't read that, and also B.A Paris has two brilliant books.

  3. I keep seeing "We're on a Break" everywhere as well, and I've been really curious if it's good or not! I enjoyed her "I Heart" series but not a couple others, so I was skeptical if I should read this one! I guess I'll have to take a look! :)

  4. Looks like some amazing reads, and I’m so pleased it’s been a positive reading month for you. All the titles you mentioned look fab. I’m currently reading ‘Our Chemical Hearts’, and so far it’s wonderful. Lindsey Kelk is a great author so ‘We were on a Break’ looks promising. Happy reading! :-) xx
