Day 12 - Halloween Party at Magic Kindom

Monday, 7 March 2016

Hi Guys
Another Florida post for you today, this is the twelfth day of my holiday to Disneyworld Florida. We decided to have a chilled out morning by the pool as we were going to spend the whole evening in Magic Kingdom for the 'Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party'. We headed to the park at around 1pm as I sneakily booked character meet and greets, haha. As you can see from the photos, I met Anna, Elsa and Ariel which was so much fun, I don't think my boyfriend would agree with that though as I practically had to drag him in the photos, haha.

We then headed to the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, which was so much fun. We actually got filmed on this ride which you will be able to see in my vlogs, it was so much fun. As the park started to get darker we headed over to the front of the park to pick up our bands for the halloween party, everyone that didn't have a band were told that they needed to make their way out which instantly made the park quieter.

The night started and everyone was given a 'trick or treat' bag, around the park there were several lit up pumpkin checkpoints where you could collect candy, I loved this and i'm 21, haha. Disney really does know how to do Halloween, the lighting in the park was so eerie which just added to the fun. Around the park there were also different character 'meet and greets', we decided to meet Captain Jack Sparrow as I am slightly obsessed with him haha, he played the part so well and was stumbling about just like Jack Sparrow.

We then headed to the front of the castle to watch the Halloween show called 'Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular', I was so excited for this as I am huge fan of the film 'Hocus Pocus'. The show started and out walked the Sanderson sisters and everyone started cheering. The show featured many different Disney villains such as Jafar, Hades and Oogie Boogie. As the show came to an end the music started for the song 'I Put A Spell On You' and everyone started screaming, it was exactly like the film and honestly made my night. I cannot recommend the 'Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party' enough, it's incredible for both children and adults.

The last day at Disney we didn't really take many photos as we wanted to take it all in, so unfortunately that's it for the Disney posts, I really hope you enjoyed them, maybe I will be back again this year, fingers crossed.
