Disneyworld Travel Diary - Day Two

Good Morning!!

I'm so sorry that these posts have taken so long, after being back in University everything has just gone slightly crazy. Anyways, back to this post; the second day of my trip to Disneyworld. We spent the second day at the Magic Kingdom. We woke up extremely early and got to the park about half hour before it opened so that we could watch the opening ceremony. All the characters stood up on the balcony to sing and dance, which I am not going to lie, did make me a cry a bit, haha.

This park had so many amazing rides, my favourites had to be Space Mountain and Splash Mountain, we rode space mountain about five times, straight after each other. This park makes you instantly feel like a child as you walk down Main Street towards the Castle, it's honestly so beautiful.

I also got a photo with Gaston, which was very awkward but very funny. In the evening we made our way to Tony's Town Square Restaurant, which was an italian restaurant based on 'Lady and the Tramp'. The food here was honestly incredible and was probably one of my favourite places that we ate during the whole trip, I had Spaghetti Bolognese and Meatballs, which was soooo yummy!

After this, we wandered around the park for a few more hours to go on the rides in the night, the park looks even better at night when everything is lit up.
