The 30 Day Challenge

I decided that I would try and be a little more healthy this month. Not to loose weight but just to tone up. I had a quick look online and found a few 30 day challenges that I thought might be good to try. I did start but then kind of got distracted by a busy weekend and then a throat infection. So this is me looking for motivation. If it is written on the blog I have to do it! 

The first challenge I wanted to do is the Yoga challenge that I found on Youtube. I really enjoyed the first video and can't wait to start again.



The 2nd one was the 30 day squat challenge. This one I feel is going to be the biggest challenge as after the first day of doing this I felt like my legs were going to drop off! But, again, I am really looking forward to getting into it and seeing the results.

  1. Squats are amazing for the legs and butt, try doing them on a daily basis and you'll really see results! As many as possible!

    1. To be honest I'm struggling with the set amount on the challenge, I would probably pass out if I tried anymore! I'm sure it will get easier with time though :) Abi xo

  2. I've done the squat challenge before! It really boosted my self-confidence once I completed it. It showed me that I can stick to things haha! xx
